Cyberbit is seeking a high-energy, experienced trainer proficient in cybersecurity technologies and training. This individual will play an instrumental role in accelerating our sales initiatives and needs to be self-starter who excels in a high-paced, evangelistic startup environment and thrives on working with a revolutionary technology.
Responsibilities
- Achieve mastery of Cyberbit technologies.
- Conduct clear, crisp, and energetic product demonstrations that show the value of the product to customers and prospects – from SOC managers to CISOs.
- Use exceptional written and oral communication skills to support the sales organization in product Q&A, demonstration, POC and training exercises as well as representCyberbitat field events such as conferences&seminars.
- Guide analysts through simulated live-fire attacks, adjusting the approach depending on the skill level of the trainees and the customer objectives.
- Assist prospects with initial Range configuration and orientation via Train-the-Trainer course deliveryand POVs.
- Provide professionalwrittenresponses to customer RFPs / RFIs
- Take ownership of the POC/Pilot proces
- Train and mentor reseller partners on positioning our Range to prospective customers andrunningPOC'sand trainings.
- Effectively position the Range against competitive offerings
- Be responsible for representing the products, company values and brand to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.
- Provide 1st-level technical support throughout the sales cycle for both customers and partnersand serve as the point of contact between prospects and sales executives and the support team
- Develop relationships with key partners for growth within their customer base
- Manage the technical aspects of knowledge transfer between the sales team and the customer success team after a prospect becomes a customer
- Capture requested features and provide feedback to Product Management, Sales, Development, Support, Engineering and Marketing teams
- Where possible, improve or develop Range technical documentation to ease understanding and customer or channel usage of our products and services as well as capture requested features and provide feedback to Product Management, Sales, Development, Support, Engineering and Marketing teams
- Optionally, Serve as a customer success manager in the candidates’ home country
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years oftechnical pre sales role in a cyber security company (preferable SaaS),
- SOC analyst experience - an advantage
- Technical training experience
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills inEnglishandChinese
- Works in a systematic and orderly fashion, able to dive deeply into detail
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience – an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experiencein engineering or computer science
- Requires the ability to work independently with substantial latitude for action and decision while maintaining focus on achieving optimal outcomes as part of a collaborative development effort
- Ability to perform public speaking to a large audience to demo and present Cyberbit solutions
- Ability to conduct demo and POC Independently
- Ability to work as an individual but excel as part of a regional team
- InfoSec-specific professional certifications– An advantage
