At Cyberbit, we believe real readiness comes from taking the plunge – but without the floaties. That’s why we’re thrilled to introduce Quests, the newest layer in our cyber readiness ecosystem. Think of them as your cybersecurity proving grounds: no step-by-step guides, no hand-holding—just you, real tools, and real challenges.

So, what exactly are Quests?

Quests are tough by design. Unlike our Labs (which have helpful hints to guide you step-by-step) or our Live-Fire Exercises (our full-blown, team-based simulations), Quests are solo, high-pressure missions built to test whether you can walk the walk— no handholding – at most you might get a nudge. Maybe. Mostly, it’s just you and the Quest.

These are targeted, intense, skill-specific, and real-world inspired, crafted to reveal what you can do, not just what you know. They’re perfect as standalone proficiency checks or as milestones in a structured learning path. And due to popular demand, we’ve even expanded some Quests beyond our core curriculum—because you asked, and we listened.

Where Labs build skills and Live Fires let you practice end-to-end incident response with your team. Quests sit in the sweet spot: practical, focused, and unapologetically challenging. They are the new benchmark for cyber practitioners who want to prove they’re ready for anything.

Why have we added them?

Quests bridge the gap between learning and proving. In real-world cybersecurity, you don’t get hints—you get pressure, chaos, and high stakes. Quests recreate that intensity in a controlled environment, forcing defenders to rely on instinct, experience, and skill. They help identify not just what they’ve learned, but what they’re ready for.

Take the plunge
